Minutes of meeting of October 13, 2010 were read and approved with correction of name.

Treasurers report has $5,120.20 in at this time and Larry gave $1,900.00 ticket sale money to Irene. Also we are getting $1,500.00 from Alliance Pipeline for a donation.

Calendars are done and were reviewed. We feel the calender has turned out excellent and many thanks to all involved for their time on this project. We decided on a price of $10.00 per calender.

Billi Jo reported that she is working on the cookbook, but it will take time with all of the information she received along with recipes and pictures.

Larry reminded us we need to remember a donation to Bob Keller for fireworks.

Lloyd showed us the caps Hardware Hank has ordered and will be selling. They have not ordered shirts as of yet. The caps are very nice and we will be advertising for sale of these calendars.

Lynnette has offered to be in charge of art exhibits and vendors at VFW Hall and will be working on this.

More discussion was held regarding style show and where it could be held if not the Court House. Lynette offered to do some checking to see if she could find other people interested in working on this with us.

Billi Jo reported that Granville had yard signs of the original homeowners of some of their older homes. We decided we should pursue this and find out who made their signs and go from there.

The next meeting was set for January 12, 2011 at 7:00 PM at the school if possible.
